{the dream we dreamt}
It all started on a Monday. A weekend that had once been filled with anticipation and excitement had ended with un-met expectations. And there we were, sitting at Kristin’s kitchen table wondering why things don’t always go as planned. We thought about questions like, Have we changed? Can we fix it? What should we do differently? What is the future going to look like?
And then, Kristin asked the most brilliantly simple question:
“If you could do anything, and I mean anything… If you believed that God really has no limits and that He could use you to do something really, really big… what would it be?”
And so began our dream to use our words to love God, and There’s Always Monday was born.
Our hope is that through writing and sharing our thoughts, experiences, and life lessons, we can encourage someone’s heart, provide a laugh every now and then, and be honest enough with our messy lives to assure another person out there that you are really not alone.
And most importantly, we want our words to honor our God, the One who sustains us.
Life is a journey: an up and down, sometimes lost and sometimes found, fun and exciting mixed with scary and unpredictable road home. And our home is the heart of God. Join us as we share our way there.
